CIOSA Young Professional Assistance Programme aims at supporting member organisation to recruit professionals by supporting half the salary. CIOSA has so far placed 9 professional in different organisations. Some of our Profes 1. Prashanth, an M.B.A. from Amrita Institute of Management, has joined ASSCOD, to develop a business model for SHG women in Vandavasi. He is helping women to begin micro enterprises. 2. Arokiadoss of Snegithan ran a single man army to support disabled people. CIOSA provided him a professional Social worker for two years to handle the operations. Today he has grown to run a computer . 3. Gayathri was a professional counselor who worked in PCVC’crisis centre. PCVC works for the domestic violence victims. As a counselor gayathri was able to resolve many marital issues and provided new lease of life to many victims.
