We run a very lean setup with just a couple of people keeping the wheels of CIOSA running smoothly every day. Occasionally, the staff of Sornammal Educational Trust, another organisation headed by Mr. Pandia Rajan, chip in to help, as do some volunteers:

S. Prasanna, Programme Manager
A management graduate from the School of Management, Pondicherry University, Prasanna has been managing the responsibilities of CIOSA since August 2005. He is also the Project Manager for Sornmamal Educational Trust since 2004.

Prior to his MBA, Prasanna worked for a year as a sub editor with the New Indian Express, published from South India. Post-MBA, he worked with the TMI Network as a management trainee in charge of national and international placements and coordinated and managed the content creation for the Opportunity Page of the news daily, The Hindu.
